We loved the hotel's central location, as it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city center. The hotel was also in a quiet area, right next to the fine St Michael's Golden Dom Cathedral. It was great to be within walking distance from all the attractions in this vibrant city. The staff at the hotel was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were great, from the spacious and well-equipped rooms to the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is professional and friendly. The gym facilities are underwhelming, located in a small basement room with limited equipment.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff provided a warm welcome. I booked a Club-level room and the access to the Club Lounge was a definite highlight. The staff in the Club Room were good and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The hotel's public areas were luxurious and beautifully maintained. The rooftop bar/nightclub offered amazing views of the city. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and luxurious amenities.

Good news, we have found an outstanding hotel in the heart of the city! the venue we stayed at is luxurious, offering exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre with massages, steam room, body wraps. We loved the heated swimming pool, sauna, and special diet menu. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, restaurants, and bars.
the private facilities were excellent and indulgent, providing everything we needed.
